Terms of Service

1. The service

ezflo provides clinic management and patient-growth software, including a booking page, appointment management, WhatsApp/email messaging, an AI assistant, reviews, campaigns and analytics. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the clinic you register.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful clinic operations and with valid consent to contact patients.
• Do not send spam or unsolicited messages, or use the messaging features in violation of WhatsApp's or any provider's terms.
• Do not attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.

You are responsible for obtaining patient consent for the communications you send through ezflo.

4. Subscriptions & billing

ezflo is offered on a subscription basis. Plans, prices and billing periods are shown on our Pricing page. Each clinic starts with a free trial; after the trial you must select a paid plan to continue using paid features. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing period and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Data

Clinics own their clinic and patient data. We process it under our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for your patients' personal data and are responsible for lawful processing.

7. Availability & third-party providers

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Some features depend on third-party providers (WhatsApp, AI, payment gateways) whose availability we do not control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezflo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from a clinic's use of messaging features in breach of applicable rules. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that miss payment, or that pose a security or legal risk.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where ezflo is registered.
